To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aaizel Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
